Hey Eric!
Quick question. I was at BlackFinn this past weekend and tried to use the VIP card to get in without a line and they said that it's only good Mondays through Wednesdays...is that true?

The wifi on Thirteen is choppy. Sometimes it runs very smoothly and sometimes it does not work at all. I'm in building 4312 and would appreciate this being looked at as well.

Yes, I believe that it is fixed. I noticed that the connection, as of late, has been very stable and smooth. Thanks for the quick action, I appreciate it greatly!

We believe that this issue is now fixed. We found two defective AP's

Hi Eric,
We're having similar wifi issues here at Urbane on Thirteen (building 4316). Could we have this looked at also? Basically it's the same problem Rob is having. Okay connection sometimes but terribly slow at other times.
